Drag Racer killed at Thompson Raceway Park

THOMPSON, OH (WOIO) – The Owners and Staff at Thompson Raceway Park are very saddened by the tragic accident that took the life of one of our racers. Richard Moore, age 56, was pronounced dead on the scene when he hit the guardrail.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of Richard Moore. He will Truly be missed.

Anyone wishing to make a Donation to Richards Family to help with Burial arrangements and other costs may send a Check or Money order to his sister.
