New Kooks Custom Headers for Rini and Strong

We recently received a few pics from the guys at Kooks Custom Headers showing us some work they’ve been doing on Pro Street racer Chris Rini’s car as well as LSX Real Street racer, Robert Strong.

According to Kooks, after the LSX Challenge in Atlanta, they spoke with Strong and Strong decided a news set of headers was in order. Kooks built Strong a set of 304 Stainless Steel 2 inch stepped to 2 1/8 x 4inch collectors headers with Shootout Muffled Merge Collector to help get more power out of his combo.

We also got a few photos of a newly fabricated and installed set of lightweight pipes for Chris Rini’s Pro Street Camaro. “We cut his headers basically in half (that was a full 2 ½ x 5 inch 20 gauge light weight headers normal ones are 18 gauge) added a step to 2 ¾ so now it has 2 ½ x 2 ¾ x 5-inch header,” said Kooks Drew Amitrano.
