VIDEO: Huge Nitrous Explosion; Shakes the Glass in the Tower by T.J. Pruitt on February 16, 2010
Check out this video from Sunday's race at Shakedown at Etown 2009 at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ. After a long smokey burnout and nitrous purge, Jeff Rodger's Executioner Mustang had a huge Nitrous Explosion. The announcer said that he has never ever seen a nitrous explosion this bad. It shook the glas in the tower. There is no doubt that the this explosion could have been much worst, but fortunately the crew were able to kill the source.
